We provide services that range from career and college readiness assessment to comprehensive one-on-one college search, selection, and application consultation with students and parents. Service options are described below.

​Free Consultation (30 minutes)

​​

30 minute consultation with parents and students to gather information about your unique college search situation, describe the range of our service options, and answer your questions.

Career and College Readiness Assessment Package (2 - 3 sessions) 

 

One of our consultants will meet with you (student) for two 50-minute sessions. The first session will provide an opportunity to discuss a) the purpose of career assessment and how results can be used to identify possible college majors and careers, and b) how our proprietary college readiness assessment can be used to enhance your college success.

The second session will be used to provide you with feedback on both assessments and develop an action plan for college search.

These meetings will be conducted virtually and you will be provided access to our College Planner Pro portal. The second session will not be scheduled until you have completed both assessments.

Junior/Senior Assessment, College Search, and Application Package (5 - 6 sessions for student, 1 session for Parents) 

 

​This package includes all career and college readiness testing (described above), in addition to a detailed college preference assessment, college exploration, a college short list, and application services including editorial review of college application essays. Students receive access to the Pervigeo College Planner Pro portal to facilitate communication, scheduling, and access to college information resources and assessment results. This package includes the following: 

  

• Comprehensive college factors preference assessment 

• Comprehensive Career Assessments and feedback with focus on choice of college major congruence

• Proprietary College Readiness Assessment and feedback with focus on possible risk factors for academic performance and persistence (compared to colleges on final list of 10)

• ACT/SAT timeline and test prep recommendations

• Pervigeo research designed to generate an initial list, and final list of 10 colleges in consultation with student

• A structured curriculum that guides student activities/assignments/deadlines

• One parent interview session to assess college readiness and factors that might influence college application lists

• Access to Pervigeo College Planner Pro portal that includes college information, essay resources, and scheduling and communication features 

• Letters of recommendation guidance 

• Application strategy for each college

• Guided discussion to facilitate completion of common application and essays

• Editing support for essays (up to 10)

• Comparison of financial aid packages

• Final decision-making support

College Application List Package (2 - 3 sessions for student, 1 session for Parents) 

​

​This package includes two student sessions and one parent session and includes a comprehensive college factors preference assessment. From initial sessions with the parents and student we will conduct research to identify possible college matches. 

​

This package doesn't include any additional assessments or feedback, application or essay support but does include access to the Pervigeo College Planner Pro portal. This package assumes that the student and family will manage all post-list activities.
